The Ministry of Health now introduces a service that offers immunization details and general information to the citizens and residents.

Child Immunization

1. To view immunization details relevant to your child/Children from Birth to 6 years, click on “Child Immunization” link.
2. Enter the “Mother Personal Number”, “Mother Date of Birth”, “Block Number” and “Specify the Child/Children” then click “Submit”.
3. Select Child Name, all immunizations that have been taken by the child will be displayed. In addition, a schedule of any remaining immunization that must be taken will be visible. If you wish to print a copy of the data, click on “Print”.

Students Immunization

1. To view immunization details relevant to Students of Intermediate Schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain, click on “Student Immunization” link
2. Enter the “Student Personal Number”, “Student Date of Birth” and “Block Number” then click “Submit”
3. All immunizations that have been taken by the student will be displayed. In addition, a schedule of any remaining immunization that must be taken will be visible. If you wish to print a copy of the data, click on “Print”.

Health Workers Immunization

1. To view immunization details relevant to Health Workers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, click on “Health Worker Immunization” link.
2. Enter the “Health Worker Personal Number”, “Date of Birth” and “Block Number” then click “Submit”
3. All immunizations that have been taken by the health worker will be displayed. If you wish to print a copy of the data, click on “Print”.
