Jidhafs health centre I booked an appointment through the e services to get “medicationexaminationcertificate”. I arrived at timeformyappointment that is 12:30pm today, I talked to the receptionist regarding my appointment and he mentioned that the e-services is not working right now hence my appointment didn’t go through. I politely asked what could I do next and I was told to go to room 12, as I go ahead there seems to be a patient I waited for around 20mins,5 patients going in and out, asking the dr if my name is there and she replies by yes, so I wait for longer. my name gets called I come to find out that I had to inform by then about me needing a medical checkupwhen I thankthedr and go ahead to the receptionist he mentions that I could have told him. I pay, taking more time. move to the nurse, who states the PPD test is available on sundaytuesdayandthursday and “Thursday is a holiday”, so I needtocomeback 2ndjan, X-ray wherethedrwasntavailble cuz sheleftearly.
