Delete Case

I went to Ibn e Sina hospital at 10 for a regular checkup and the reception told to come at 3 for appointment. I asked her if it can be urgent because I wanted a sick leave from work. I came late cause I thought she didn’t book my appointment at 3, so I came at 4 and she told me i came late and that the booking os cancelled and I have to come tomorrow because no appointment is left. Im super disappointed by the service and the fact that no urgency is shown when booking appointment for people
