Case Description |
Good morning, I hope you are doing well. I went to Sabah Al Salem Health Center today to book an appointment for the one-year vaccination for my 11-month-old daughter. The nurse gave me the appointment date and asked me to book the appointment at the reception. However, the receptionist refused to give me an appointment, stating that my daughter doesn't have a CPR. I explained that my daughter is currently out of the country, and I will apply for the CPR once she returns. Despite informing her of the importance of the vaccination and I have birth certificate, which I have used to book previous appointments without any issues, she did not agree. My questions are: When did this new requirement for a CPR to book an appointment for a baby come into effect? I will apply for the CPR for my daughter, but what should I do if the vaccination is more urgent than having the CPR? Please note that I already have my baby’s birth certificate. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you. |
