I have been waiting for over an hour with no clarity over the flow of ticketing. The front desk has a sign saying we should proceed for registration downstairs in the main front desk. Now that we have registered for vaccination, we’re just waiting without clarity. The staff here should guide us for the suggested workaround if there are no agents in the front desk. I suggest that you pay attention to the experience of patients because visits to the centers are already overwhelming. There is no instructions or empathy. This is not the first time we encounter a clear experience. I suggested you enroll your customer care representatives to intensive training to avoid this in the future.
