Regarding the attached complain, I spoke to the patient and assured him that the same problem will not be repeated. I spoke to the concerned staff also and advised her to not print any stickers before as the patient had complained that the stickers where printed before and kept with the staff. Also I spoke in HC council meeting regarding some doctors who do not put the requests in the system due to which the lab staff have to face problems with the patients. Thank you,
