هناك موظفة هندية في المختبر كانت في منتهى قلة الادب ولا تحترم المرضىى ايضا ترفع صوتها لاني اخذت رقم للمختبر

Regarding the above complain, I tried to call the patient but she is not answering the phone calls.

I already spoke to her on the same day and explained to her that she will get the service if she has taken a number from the machine.

I have also spoken to the staff regarding the attitude and she has assured me that it will not happen again with any patient.
