A MEETING WAS CONDUCTED WITH MENTIONED DOCTOR TO CLARIFY THE MATTER ON THE SAME DAY OF COMPLAINT THE CONFLICT WAS ABOUT ISSUING SICK LEAVE TO THE PATIENT, THE PHYSICIAN STATED THAT THE PATIENT DOES NOT REQUIRED A SICK LEAVE AND WAS GIVEN ATTANDANCE AFTER HER CLINICAL EXAMINATION TO THE PATIENT. THE PATIENT WAS ANGRY AND NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THE ATTENDANCE SHEET GIVEN. A MEETING WITH THE PATIENT TO CLARIFY THE MATTAR. |
