Case Description |
Hello On the 15th of December, my housemaid complained of fever and difficulty in breathing and chest pain while breathing at 5 am, we took her to Hamad Kano HC I. Riffa. The doctor saw her and advice for vital signs , her temp was 38c and saturation 90%, the doctor examined her and advised to take her home with many medication (mostly nebulizers) and my husband asked him if she need nebulizer immediately as she looks sick, he said that nebulizer is not available in the health center. So he took her and bought all the meds (nebulizer kit was not available in all close pharmacies) so I gave her through kids nebulizer kit but her symptoms was not relived and she started vomiting and complained of worsening of chest pain and inability to breath. I had to take her immediately to Salmaneya at 7am, and had to call for ambulance on the way as her symptoms worsen. After labs and x-ray she was diagnosed with severe pneumonia and after 4 house of treatment she was discharged with antibiotics |

تم التواصل مع المراجعة وتوضيح اسباب الشكوى والاطمئنان على المريضة العاملة لديها وقد تحسنت اعراضها بالمضاد الحيوي وتمت مخاطبة الطبيب المعني ولفت نظرة لتجنب تكراره المشكلة وتوضيح تفاصيل الاستشارة وحالة المريضة عند الحضور في العيادة وذلك لتوفير افضل الخدمات العلاجية ذات الجودة العالية لمصلحة المرضى والمجتمع. وابدت تفهمها وسعيها لإبداء الرأي فيما يصب في مصلحة الخدمات المقدمة
