To Whom it may concern, I have a complaint to get my medical report from the Engineer Health Centre which i have tried my best to get from them since last year 2021. I was beaten by my husband on 2nd Aug 2021 and was sent to the health centre to get the report and submit it to the Alkhamis Police station. I have submitted the report to the police station but failed to take the copy or picture of it. I have filed the case in the ministry of justice for divorce and they are asking a proof for it. I went to the Engineer health centre to get the report but they are saying every end of the month they clean the files. How they can throw any of the medical report of the patient. I am really in need of this report because i am still struggling for the justice and i am unable to get the justice without the proof. Please take this matter into consideration.
