Case Description

I visited naim health centre at 6-15 pm today to take my grandfathersmedicines as usual every month.He was admitted in salmaniya for around 20-30 days and they gave us a prescription of medicines to take from health center which are the same which we take from naim. in the Prescription they had written the scintific name which was the same medicine. I went to the pharmacy and they asked me to check with a doctor to unblock from the system so i can get the medicines. I was guided to doctor Heba Room number 5 and she was very rude, she spoke to me bady and shouted.She made me wait 15 minutes and in the end she made a duplicate prescription in the system due to which I was not able to take the medicine from the system

She wasted my time and said you should come early and not when we close. The health center closes at 7 and I was there from 6-15 pm. She was very rude and not helpful. Kindly please assist for the medicines.

تم الاتصال بصاحب الشكوى لتوضيح الامر حيث انه كان على علم بان الطبيبة التي قدم الشكوى ضدها كانت في غرفة الطوارىء حيث انها كانت تتصل بالاسعاف لقبول حالة مريض طارئة و تم اعلامه بانه تم التعاون معه  باعطاءه موعد فقط لاخذ الادوية حيث ان حالته مستقرة.

تم تقديم الاعتذار من المريض على تصرف الطبيبة و قبل الاعتذار و قد حضر الى المركز الصحي و اخذ موعد مع الدكتورة نسيم العلوان لانهاء موضوع وصفة الادوية.

فيما افادت الطبيبة بانها تاخرت على المريض بسبب وجود مريض في غرفة الطوارىء يحتاج الاولوية في العلاج فيما كان صاحب الشكوى حالته مستقرة و يحتاج فقط لادوية و انها لم تتعمد ان تتكلم بصوت مرتفع.
