Case Description

Hi. I am unable to book appointments through sehati app because we have appoint a family physician. I had filled out the form at bbk health centre hidd to appoint a family physician for myself, my mother and father more than 2 months ago and it's still not updated. I have to visit the health centre to book appointments and sometimes the appointment time is after 2hour and we have to wait in the health centre. My parents are old now it is difficult for them. We chose DR.BASEMA MOHAMED NASRALLA MAHBOOBI as our family physician. Please help us in this case

تم التواصل مع العميل و تم ابلاغة بان نظام اختر طبيبك حاليا قيد التحديث وبعد عمليه التحديث سوف يتم اضافته على د باسمة حسب طلبه و تم ابلاغة برقم مركز الاتصال للمواعيد 80007000  لحجز الموعد بشكل مسبق تفاديا للأنتظار
