This is in response to the patient complaint dated 6/may/2024 Morning, highlighting the dissatisfaction to waiting time and assuming that only one employee was present in the department. I would like to draw your attention that during the last few months increase in the workflow has been experienced definitely but this has not affected our service to this increased number of clients. But since the last few days, we have been experiencing a technical issue in one of our printers, and the matter is raised to I Seha and we are waiting for the technician from their side. This is cause of the delay probably. The client was tried to be contacted on the same day but did not receive the calls. The next morning, however , he was contacted and it has been stated by him that his complaint is just to draw the attention of the higher authorities to address the increased workflow of the health center and its capacity to cater this increase should be increased like wise. He mentioned the waiting area is not spacious enough too. He wishes to draw attention to the increased number of clients and has no issue of dissatisfaction with the employees. On contrary he concluded by saying that he is a regular client at the center and is always satisfied with the staff and the service. The only issue he faced was the waiting time. He was thanked for his well wishes and appreciation for the employees and assured that his complaint will be forwarded to the concerned authorities. |
