I would like to give suggestion upon Arab staff of health center. First of all, they don't listen to non-Arab people or foreigner people. And they are a bit and towards them. Please tell to treat all people same and be polite when speaking to foreigners. Thank you. |

يتم التأكيد بشكل دائم على موظفي الاستقبال بحسن معاملة المرضى، وسيتم التنبيه بمراعاة ذلك مجددا. لكن حاجز اللغة يؤثر على قدرة التواصل أحيانا مما يزيد من صعوبة التواصل.ويجعل المراجع يعود للموظف بشكل متكرر لعدم وضوح التعليمات لديه، مما يسبب استياء غير مقصود. |
