<p><strong>THE PATIENT BELONG TO SHEIKH JABER HEALTH CENTER BROUGHT HIS DAUGHTER TO YOUSEF ENGINEER HEALTH CENTER ON 18/10/19 LATE EVENING AFTER BEING INSTRUCTED IN SHEIKH JABER TO TAKE HER THERE BECAUSE THE APPOINTMENTS FINISHED, SHE WAS BROUGHT HERE AND SHE HAS A HISTORY OF CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE AND HAS HISTORY OF FEVER AND SHE WAS TRIAGED AS ORANGE , HER ACTUAL APPOINTMENT TIME WAS AT 4 AM THE NEXT DAY SO THE FATHER SAID THAT THE RECEPTION TOLD HIM TO GO TO THE DR AND HE WILL SEE THEM WITHIN 30 MINUTES , SO HE KEPT ON WAITING FOR MORE THAN 45 MINUTES BUT THE DR WAS NOT CALLING , SO HE ENTERED THE ROOM AND TOLD THE DR THAT HE HAS EMERGENCY CASE AND THE DR REPLIED TO WAIT AND AFTER THAT HE SAW THEM AND JUST TOLD THEM TO PUT PARACETAMOL SUPPOSITORY SO HE WENT TO THE NURSING AREA WHICH WAS CROWDED SO HE LEFT WITHOUT TAKING ANY TREATMENT</strong></p> <p><strong>ON DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE WITH DR AHMED MOOSA HE REPLIED THAT WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THAT DAY DUTY MORE THAN 60 PATIENTS WERE REGISTERED ON HIM AND 37 PATIENTS OUT OF THOSE WERE EITHER TRIAGED AS YELLOW OR ORANGE ,SO THE PATIENTS SOME OF THEM HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN THE EXPECTED TIME BECAUSE IT WAS A HECTIC DAY</strong></p> <p><strong>AND HE REMEMBERS THIS PATIENTS FATHER CLEARLY HE SAID THAT WHILE HE WAS SEEING ANOTHER PATIENT IN THE CONSULTATION ROOM , THE PATIENTS FATHER SAID THATI HAVE EMERGENCY SO DR AHMED REPLIED TO HIM POLITELY THAT ONCE HE FINISHED THE PATIENT WHO IS ALREADY SITTING IN THE ROOM HE WILL SEE HIS DAUGHTER , HE SAW THE PATIENTS DAUGHTER IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PATIENT AND SINCE SHE WAS HAVING FEVER MORE THAN 38 DEGREE CENTIGRADE HE TOLD THEM TO GO TO THE NURSING TO TAKE PARACETAMOL SUPPOSITORY TO DECREASE THE TEMPERATURE OF THE PATIENT,THE NURSING AREA WHICH WAS BUSY ON THAT DAY IS NOT HIS FAULT HE CALLED THE PATIENT AFTER THAT IN THE INTERCOM BUT THEY DID NOT COME BACK WHICH IS NOT HIS FAULT</strong></p>
