Admin Comments <p>&nbsp;ردا على الشكوى التي استلمتها بتاريخ 25-11-2019 الصادرة عن المراجعة مريم بتاريخ 24-11-2019</p> <p>قمت على أثرها بالاتصال بالمراجعة بتاريخ 25-11-2019&nbsp; للاستيضاح عن موضوع الشكوى ومعرفة أسبابها .</p> <p>تفهمت لسبب تذمرها و أوضحت لها أن بعض المرضى نجد صعوبة في سحب الدم لهم نظرا لطبيعة أوردة الدم ونحتاج لتكرار المحاولة وخاصة مع الأطفال الرضع &nbsp;،و طلبت منها احضار ابنتها الصغيرة لسحب الدم منها وسنتخذ اللازم، كما تم تنبيه الموظفات بشأن اقتراحها كمراجعة&nbsp; لتحسين جودة الخدمة في القسم</p>
