<p>تم التواصل مع المراجع لفهم الموضوع بالشكل الصحيح , اتضح بان المراجع سبب شكواه كان على اسلوب الموظفه من الحديث مع المراجع اتضح بانه قد قام بكتابه شكوى بنفس المصطلحات المذكوره ولنفس السبب على قسم الاطباء , وبعد التحدث مع الموظفه المعنيه تبين بان لم يكن هناك اي مشاده كلاميه وليس هناك خطا في الاجراءات كما ذكر هو في هذه الشكوى والشكوى السابقه.</p> <p>تم تنبيه الموظفه بحسن التعامل مع المراجعين .</p>
