<p>i came at 7:00 pm booked an appointment for 9:00 pm because i was short on time. i now come back and it is 9:35 and there is no doctor in the room. i am busy man and this was a waste of my time (room 11)</p>

<p>تم التواصل مع المراجع وشرح له بان من اسباب عدم تواجد الطبيب في الغرفه هي الحالات الطارئه وكان يتوجب عليه الاستفسار لمعرفه سبب التاخير ليتمكن السجلات من توجيهه او تغير الغرفه .</p> <p>وبعد الاطلاع تبين بان موعده في البرنامج 9:40 دقيقه وليس 9:00</p> <p>ولم يتاخر الطبيب بالمناداه وانما المريض كان يعتقد بان موعده 9:00</p> <p>تم التنبيه على السجلات باخبار المريض بالوقت والتاكد من المريض قد استمع للوقت جيدا لربما يكون هناك سوء فهم ويترتب عليه الانزعاج للمرضى</p>
