<p>أتقدم إليكم مركز الصحي الخاص بمنطقة سند بشكوى على الدكتورة الخاصة بغرفة ٢ لانتظارنا كثيرا وعدم وجود الدكتورة والحالات كثيرة فلخارج الرجاء معالجة الموضوع مع جزيل الشكر</p>

<p>تم التواصل مع صاحب الشكوى حمد سالم 851108148</p> <p>و كانت الشكوى انه حضر المركز يوم الاحد تاريخ 12 يونيو حوالي الساعة 12 ظهرا و كان موعد فحص الطفل لابنه محمد فهد 220206317</p> <p>و ان الطبيبة غرفة رقم 2 لم تكن موجودة حينها في العيادة و اضطر الى الانتظار اكثر من ربع ساعة و انها كانت في قسم الاشعة و عندما حضرت طلبت منه فتح القفل لفتح الملف الالكتروني لابنه مما زاد التأخير.</p> <p>بعد التواصل مع الطبيبة تبين انها بعدما انتهت من معاينة جميع مرضاها ذهبت الى الحمام الساعة 11:55 و ان المريض كان متأخرا عن موعده الاصلي حيث ان موعد المريض اساسا كان الساعة 8:35 صباحا و .الطبيبة قامت بعلاجه و معاينته على اكمل وجه .</p> <p>و بعد التواصل مع المريض تم التوضيح و كان المريض متفهما , متمنين له دوام الصحة و العافية.</p> <p>د. ايمان عبدالصاحب نائب رئيس مجلس ادارة مركز مدينة عيسى الصحي</p>
