<p>لم يعطوني موعد لجراحة الأسنان إلا يريدون مني مراجعة السنة القادمة 2020 م لأنة المواعيد كلها محجوزة ا، ريد موعد اقرب والإ تتحملون مشئولية سقوط اسناني بسبب تراجع اللثة وهذا خطر علي.</p>

<p>This reply is regarding the complaint given by the patient, Jassim Syed Mohamed Habib Almoosawi, CPR: 850806615). He had complained that he was not given appointment for the perio surgery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Presently, the appointment list for surgery for Dental Clinic 8 (Periodontic clinic), is fully booked for the year 2019. There are no vacant surgery appointment slots available that can be used for registering till 31st December 2019. The new list for the year 2020 is still not open on the I-Seha, to register and schedule new appointments.</p> <p> </p> <p>The patient has been communicated regarding this and has been informed that, once the new list for the year 2020, opens up on I-Seha, he shall be immediately given the appointment for perio surgery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Till then he shall be under follow up care and will be seen at periodic intervals.</p> <p> </p> <p>Following up on the complaint, the patient was contacted on 12/05/2019 and the situation explained.
