<p>I came here in Naim health center with my mother we keep waiting from more then half and hour My mom wasn’t well so she was crying so When I went to see the doctor she was outside the room and busy on the call she said me you can wait I will call you after 20 minutes I went again to doctor room I just knock the door and ask how long we should wait because my mother she’s not so well that time also she was on call she starter screaming at me who allow you to knock my door and ask when I have to call I will call the name why you knock the door when I said what your good name she started screaming at me and saying you can leave the hospital I won’t check the patient I said her you’re doctor you should corporate with the patient she called the hospital management they came and started asking why you speak to doctor like this when I said them we will talk in management room that’s will be better I don’t know if there’s any camera that would help me out DOCTOR NAME : DR FATIMA AL RAQRAR</p>

<p>بعد التواصل مع الطبيبة المعنية بالشكوى (الدكتورة فاطمة الرقراق) للإطلاع على تفاصيل ما حدث وطلب الرد على الشكوى المرفوعة .. وأفادت الطبيبة بأن موعد المريضة (التي رافقها ابنها) على قائمتها كان مسجل في تمام الساعة ال14:29 وقد عادت الطبيبة لعيادتها لمباشرة المرضى في حدود الساعة 14:18 بعد الانتهاء من بصمة الخروج وبصمة الوقت الاضافي وكان ابن المريضة عند باب العيادة يحاول الدخول فطلبت منه الانتظار. وفي اقل من ٥ دقائق عاد المراجع مجددا وقام بطرق الباب بقوة وفتح الباب وتحدث بصوت مرتفع ووجه اسئلة استنكارية بأن واجب الطبيب معاينة المرضى وليس الحديث على الهاتف حيث ان والدته تشكي التعب ولا تقوى على الانتظار، فأوضحت له بأنه من الممكن ان يتوجه المراجع الذي يشكو تعب او عدم قدرة تحمل على الانتظار لقسم التمريض ويتم اخبار الطبيب، إلا أنه رفض الاستماع وأصر على ان يأخذ اسمها لرفع شكوى وحين رفض الاستماع او النقاش بدون تهجم طلبت الطبيبة حضور حارس الأمن وموظف مساعد الخدمات التمريضية (auxiliary) لكن المريض رفض التحدث معهم كونهم ليسوا إداريين و تم إعادة تسجيل المريضة على طبيبة اخرى في الوقت التي استدعت الطبيبة رجال الشرطة بعد تعدي المريض عليها باللفظ والصراخ ورفضه التعاون مع حارس الأمن </p> <p>نكرت انتظاره لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة وافادت بأنها لم ترفض علاج المريضة.. بل هي من ترفع شكوى تعدي على موظف في مكان العمل </p> <p><br /> </p> <p>تم الاتصال بالمراجع على مدى يومين متتالين لأكثر من مرة في اوقات مختلفة لكن لم يتم الرد على الاتصال.</p>
