<p>I took my daughter yesterday to the GP “Jidhafs” and her fever was 40 Degrees +! And the doctor refused to give her IV as normal saline and paracetamol. Then gave her antibiotics and when we went to the receptionist area to get the prescription from the pharmacy they said it was no prescribed and the Ibrufen isn’t available. And that this treatment is enough! We have been trying all day to decrease or break the fever! My daughter is only 4 years old and she is refusing to take medication orally… That leads us to this second as I write this complaint. When we just walked right in. The lady in the reception said it out loud we will not give her ”Normal Saline”. And this is final! What kind of doctors or nurses are they?! Now I am taking her to a private hospital, because this is shameful and humiliating and very inhumane in all aspects. I really request those inconsiderate staff to be held accountable for their behavior and actions.</p>

<p>السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته وردا على الشكوى المقدمة من قبل السيد محمود العريبي 9101904693 عبر برنامج تواصل نود ان نحيطكم علما بانني قمت بالاتصال بالرقم المذكور في الشكوى 5 مرات بتاريخ 10 من هذا الشهر للاطلاع على تفاصيل حالة المريضة ( ابنته ) حيث انه لم يتم ذكر اسمها في الشكوى او اسم الطبيب المعني الا انه لم يتم الرد على الاتصال لذا قمت بالاتصال اليوم ولم يتم الرد على الاتصال أيضا هذا ما لزم مع خالص شكري وتقديري على متابعتكم المستمرة د فاطمة حسن الحرز 39015559</p>
