Case Description <p>Today I was In our HC to make some test And I wonder their was many people most of them over 50 years old waiting their numbers and one of them bring his urine test but the nurse let him take a number and wait until his turn, why ? in addition of that they but bukhoor their and most of them coughing is it wedding hall or laboratory waiting area ? my suggestion is to provide online booking system for patient over 50 &nbsp;for their blood test or any other test that&rsquo;s no need to visit hospital &nbsp;for regular check up such as sugar test blood pressure even common blod test : car with driver , nurse from lab , doctor and laptop to enroll the information in system thank you</p>

Admin Comments <p>السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ..<br /> عطفاً على ماورد فالشكوى المقدمة تم التواصل مع صاحبة الشكوى ..&nbsp;<br /> حيثُ كانت قد ذكرت أنه هناك مريض أحضر العينات وطلبت الموظفة منه أخذ رقم فقط لتسليمها ولكن المريض لديه سحب دم أيضاً ، لذلك وجهته الموظفة لأخذ رقم&nbsp;<br /> أما بالنسبة لـ انتظار للمرضى لمن هم فوق ٥٠ عام ، فنحنُ كإدارة لانترك أي مريض ينتظر إذا كان وضعه الصحي لايسمح بذلك مثال المرضى فوق ٦٠ عام و ذوي الهمم<br /> ومرضى الأورام و الأمراض التي تسبب نقص للمناعة&nbsp;<br /> وأيضاً كانت قد طلبت تلبية المقترح بعمل خدمة السحب والتطبيب عن طريق المنزل لكبار المنزل وتم الشرح لها أن الخدمة تقدم منذ وقت طويل في المراكز الصحية الأولية ولها قسم خاص .<br /> وتم الأخذ بالإعتبار الملاحظات التي قدمتها الأخت الفاضلة .<br /> خالص التحية والإحتـرام&nbsp;</p>
