Case Description <p>&nbsp;</p> <div style="direction: rtl;">مركز محمد جاسم كانو الصحي مدينة حمد دوار 18 انا من منطقة مدينة حمد دوار 4 المركز الصحي دوار 3 يصك ساعه 6 ونتحول على دوار 18</div> <div style="direction: rtl;">ودايما اذا اروح دوار 18 مايدخلوني يتعذرون ان حالتك مب حرجة ومابندخلك على الدكتور وانطر المركز الصحي تبعكم يفتح الصبح وللعلم المركز</div> <div style="direction: rtl;">مافيه مرضى اصلا ليش مايدخلوني عالدكتور نفس الوقت هل ذي الشي يكون تقصير من وزارة الصحة او من الموظفين نفسهم مايبون يشتغلون اللي</div> <div style="direction: rtl;">فالمركز الصحي دوار 18 انه سنوات اذا امرض فالليل اروح دوار 18 ودايما مايدخلوني عالدكتور واضطر اروح مستشفى خاص فالليل المستشفيات</div> <div style="direction: rtl;">الحكومية صارت ماتندش اصلا من تعامل خايس مع المرضى وامور ثانيه دايما اقول حق نفسي وحق اللي اعرفهم اروح بفلوسي مستشفى خاص ادفع</div> <div style="direction: rtl;">مبلغ ولا انذل من مستشفى حكومي لا استقبال ولا دكتور ولا صيدليه عدله</div>

Admin Comments <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>تم التواصل مع المريض والتاكد من وقت زيارته للمركز في تمام الساعه 3 فجرا من تاريخ 23/7/2023 وان&nbsp;اقرب موعد متوفر في ذلك الحين في تمام الساعة 7:30 صباحا وتم توجيه المريض لقسم الطوارىء بعد اخبار الموظف بان حالته طارئه ولكن تم تصنيف الحاله على انها حاله اعتيادية من قبل التمريض وتم توجيهه الى المركز الصحي التابع له لزيارتة في الصباح ، تم التوضيح للمريض باننا في طور التطوير وزياده عدد الاطباء لاستقبال عدد اكبر من المرضى وان الاجراء المتبع معه هو الاجراء الصحيح والمعتمد&nbsp;في مراكز الرعايه الصحية الاوليه.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
