<p>I had visited Naim Health Centre on 03-07-2023 around 9.45am due to "Chest Pain, Pain & Numbness in Left Hand". After waiting for almost 30mins, the doctor in Consultation Room 2 invited me to the room, enquired by situation and told me to come back after 12.30 as it is her break time and she cannot examine me. Due to this attitude I had to visit Salmaniya Emergency. My humble query is, Is this how a doctor behaves to a patient with such condition? What would have happened to me if it was a serious condition which required immediate attention</p>

<p style="direction: rtl;">قامت الدكتوره المسئولة بالاتصال بالمريض وعرفت أن الطبيبه بغرفة رقم 2 دكتوره هايدي نادته واخبرها بأنه يعاني من ألم في الصدر وقالت له بأن يرجع لها للعلاج الساعه 12:30 الظهر ومع هذا كان موعده في السيستم هو الساعه 12:00 .أخبرته الدكتوره المسئوله بانها سترفع الموضوع للاداره</p> <p>As a reply to the complain of the patient name Joseph Koshy John cpr:850290996 who attended to the health center on 3-8-2023 and his appointment was at 12:03, Dr. Haidy room 2, said that he came at 9:45 and opened the door and he told her that he need full checkup and she informed him that if it is an emergency he should go to nursing room even before his appointment or if not to wait till 12 pm. After which he shouted &said he will go to SMC emergency. She checked I-seha file and found that he is attending SMC A&E with recurrent chest pain and full investigation done there .</p> <p>The patient was contacted and his complaint was verified. We apologized for the inconvenience and we described or for him that as emergency case he should go to emergency room and not to wait near the consultation room</p> <p>The employee has been cautioned to handle and deal with emergency cases following the guidelines.</p> <p style="direction: rtl;"> </p>
