<p>realy sorry to say the staff was execellent (treatment room) i came on morning 9am and the reception and pharmacy send me to doctor first room 2 . the doctor didnt write the order in the system to the treatment or to the pharmacy then i wait 2 hrs doctor not there . they register me in room 6 she is very good</p>

<p style="direction: rtl;">تم الاتصال بصاحب الشكوى وتبين انه سجل على غرفة العمال وذهب التمريض ولم يكن له اي طلب في السيستم اضطرت الممرضه لتغيير الطبيبه لانه الطبيبه غرفة 2 لم تكن الطبيبة موجوده واتصلوا التمريض بها لا ترد وتاخر المريض ولكن قاموا بتسجيله على غرفة اخرى لعلاجه</p> <p style="direction: rtl;">تم اعلام مسئولة الاطباء بالشكوى</p>
