<p>We wish to file a complaint about what happened to us this morning at Jid Hafs health center. We went in on Sunday October 1, 2023 to see the doctor as per our appointment. The young lady at the reception rudely cancelled my wife’s 930 appointment and scheduled her at 11am. She said only Bahrainis can book online appointments. When i tried to see the head of the health center to complain about this i could not find her in her office from 9am until we left at noon. We would like to inform you of this discrimination we encountered for your action. Also, previously we encountered many similar incidents including a recent request for thyroid test for my wife which was rejected. I am a professor at the University of Bahrain and I serve the country and its generation of students proudly and am unable to get access to proper healthcare services for myself or my family which is provided by my university.</p>

<p>تم التواصل مع صاحب الشكوى مرتين على التوالي ولم يتم الرد، وسوف نعاود الاتصال يوم غد، وقد قمنا بتوجيه ملاحظة للموظفة بعدم إلغاء أي موعد عن طريق الويب للمرضى الغير بحرينين المسجلين على العيادات العامة (General Clinic)، حيث أنه لا ذنب للمريض إن وجد خلل في نظام التسجيل، وأن تكتفي بتغيير موعده على عيادة (GP Coverage).</p>
