Admin Comments <p>تم الإتصال بالمريضه اكثر من مره و لكن لم تقم بالرد على الهاتف الشكوى تم تقديمها يوم الاحد و هو اكثر الايام ازدحاماً حيث أن مجموع الأطباء 8 الى 9 و نظراً لنقص الشديد في موظفين الصيدليه &nbsp;بالمقابل فقط موظفين في الصيدليه يخدمون المرضى المراجعين للأطباء بالاضافه الى مرضى الامراض المزمنه الزائرين للمركز لاستلام ادويتهم الشهريه</p> <p>ادعت المريضه ان هناك موظف واحد في الصيدليه وقت زيارتها بل هما اثنين ربما غاب الموظف عن منضده الصرف فذهب لدورة المياه او انه يقوم بصرف دواء يحتاج الى تسجيل او غيرها</p> <p>لا يوجد رقم شخصي لنتمكن من حساب وقت انتظار المريضه الفعلي ( من وقت تسجيل الدواء عند الطبيب لحين وقت الصرف )</p>
