<p>We attend Jasim Kano hospital in hamad town round about 17, my mum was in need of immediate health care due to her condition, the dizziness, vomiting, high blood pressure and severe headache. First of all the wheel chairs were in terrible conditions, all are broken, and all had a single foot rest since all were broken. We entered the treatment room and ofcourse they asked us to wait while seeing the condition on the patient. After almost 18 minutes our turned came up, only to take the blood pressure which was above 160, and to simply tell us you need to go to the reception and take an appointment to see the doctor. Where is the emergency treatment here? It would have saved so much time if i were to get the appolntment first instead of drayging the patient on a broken wheel chair. I even asked for a bed to lay down the patient but i was denied. 30 treatment room waiting, then receiption for appointment, then wait more for a doctor, then treatment again? <p><strong>تم التواصل مع المريض لاخذ حيثيات الموضوع ،حيث تم اعطائي رقم الوالدة ،وتم الاتصال بالمريضة واخذ حيثيات الموضوع حيث كانت تعاني من االصداع النصفي المزمن و تم تصنيفها على حسب الالية شاكرة اهتمام الممرضات بهذا العدد الكبير من المرضى .ولكن بسبب الازدحام الشديد لم تستطيع الانتظار وذهبت الي مستشفى السلام وتم شرح الية التصنيف للمريض وان هذه الالية هي المتبعة في جميع المراكز الصحية حاليا ، ومن بداية نوفمبر سوف يتم تغير نظام التصنيف واما عن الكراسي المتحركة قتم الشرح لها بسبب الزحمة وكثرة استخدام الكراسي المتحركة فهناك سوء استخدام المرضى للكراسي وتم طلب جديد للكراسي </strong></p> <p><strong>هذا مالزم .</strong></p>
