<p>في الساعة الثانيه من مساء يوم الخميس ذهبت مع ابنتي للمركز الصحي التابع لمنطقتنا الدير واخبرتني الدكتورة بضرورة عمل تحليل دم وبول لابنتي البالغة 9 سنوات وعند ذهابي للمختبر قابلتني الممرضة (زاهدة) بوجه غير حسن وكانت تتكلم بعصبية عندما رأت ابنتي خائفة بأنها مشغولة ولديها عمل بالداخل وابنتي كانت خائفة من سحب الدم ومترددة والممرضة التي اسمها زاهدة لم تتعاون ابدا بل بالعكس كانت عصبية لان ابنتي كانت تتحرك ولم تستطع سحب الدم وحجتها كانت خائفة ان تنكسر الابرة في يد ابنتي وعند تحرك ابنتي اصابتها الابره في يدها هذا تبريرها الذي لم يحصل طبعا عندما تكلمت معها ان تعاملها سسيء ولم تقم بالاعتذار بل بالعكس كانت اخلاقها صفر في التعامل ولم استطيع سحب الدم وخرجت من المستشفى غير مستفيدة ولم استطع استكمال الاجراء!</p>

<p>As per the staff, the patient (9 years old) was scared and reluctant to perform the procedure. And the mother did not offer any support or attempt to assist her daughter. The staff did not mean to scare or harm the patient and talked to her in an attempt to gain her confidence and cooperation.</p> <p> </p> <p>The patient was called on 18/2/24 at 14:03, and the it was made clear that the staff had nothing but a kind intention in order to complete the blood collection procedure. It was also mentioned to her that they are more than welcomed any time and we are here to serve their best interests.</p> <p> </p> <p>The staff is also spoken to and made aware of the patient dis satisfaction. Clearly she did not have any ill intention and all what happened was a spur of the moment.</p> <p>in future, she is advised to be more careful with her use of words.</p>
