<p>We came to Abdulrahman engineer hospital for emergency, twisted anakle , and I can't stand neither walk due to the major pain I am having When I first came my brothors I to bring me wheelchairs, the Hospital didn't have a single wheel chair, How can that be possible? A hospital that doesn't have wheel chair!! Then we told them it's emergency I was literally crying from the amount of pain I was feeling I was walking from room to Dr room that could help me!? With a twisted ankle ? U find that accebtable? When we were waiting for the evaluation room three people come after us but they have been called before us ! Although they sow I WaS crying out of pain they still took cases which were behaind us after the evaluation they gave us an appointment at 12 am although we were in the hospital since 10:43 pm . I don't have any more to say to be honest other than this is a total joke . I'm still waiting in hope I could get treated</p>

<p>تم التواصل مع المراجعة من قبل مسؤولة التمريض فور استلام الشكوى ، واخذ كافة المعلومات و تبين ان المراجعة لم تستطع الحصول على كرسي متحرك وقت زيارتها، و تم التوضيح لها بوجود عدد كافي من الكراسي المتحركة بالمركز و لكن قد تنفذ وقت الذروة كما حصل لها, و بما يتعلق بالانتظار على غرفة التصنيف تم الشرح لها بأن جميع المراجعين في وقت الرعاية العاجلة لابد ان يتم تصنيفهم حسب البروتوكول الساري و ان التسجيل و مناداة المرضى يتم عن طريق برنامج يوضح الأولوية و الأسبيقه ويستثنى مراعاة لبعض الحالات الخاصه مثل كبار السن و الاطفال و ذوي الهمم. وبالرجوع لنظام الاي صحة تبين ان مقدمة الشكوى سجلت لخدمات التصنيف في تمام الساعه 11:10 مساء و دخلت غرفة التصنيف في الساعه 11:25 و هو ضمن الوقت المحدد في انتظار تصنيف المرضى. و تم معاينتها من قبل الطبيب في الساعه 11:53.<br /> و في الختام الاتصال أبدت مقدمة الشكوى شكرها على سرعة الإستجابة و حسن التواصل رغبة في رفع مستوى الرضا لدى جميع المراجعين<br /> </p>
