Case Description <p>I want to book an appointment online for my wife and kids throughout Sehati application. But i try to book an appointment the app says pleased visit your assigned health centre to select a family physician so 2 weeks ago I went to my health centre that is NBB health centre Al Dair I explained them the whole situation and they gave me one form in that form they ask me to write my family members name and CPR and my relation to them and i filled that form at the same and gave them back they said we will upload in the system and after that you can take an appointment it&#39;s had been 2 weeks now they didn&#39;t upload that information in system yet and im unable to take an appointment.</p>
