Case Description <p>٧ جلسات علاج مائي أذهب ٧ صباحاً وموعدي ٧ونص ولم اتاخر بتاتاً باليوم وصلت ٧و٢٥ ولم اجد موقف للسيارة فتاخرت ٧.٣٥ دخلت المستشفى و لم يتم استقبالي رغم ان وقت تحدثي مع الاخصائية ٧.٤٥ لانني كنت جالسه في قسم الانتظار ولم يتم علاجي رغم وجود الم مستمر في اسفل الظهر و تم تاجيل الموعد!</p>
