<p>تم التواصل مع العميل وتبين انه المقصد من الشكوى ليس بدالة المركز وانما الشكوى تخص مركز الاتصال 80007000 وتم اخباره بانه مركز الاتصال يخدم جميع مراكز البحرين وانهم يبذلون اقصى جهدهم لخدمة العميل وبعض الاحيان تزيد مدة الانتظار بسبب كثرة الاتصالات عليهم </p>
