<p>Dear team, I am writing to address my situation at Naim health center with Dr. Haidy tawfiq toma. I had appointment at 8:55 AM and i have been waiting since 8:30AM, but Dr. failed to announce my name, when i enquired about my appointment, doctor said that why you did not come at your time. However i cannot enter doctor’s room unless my name is called, i got attended at 9:40 by dr. Dr. failed to acknowledge my health issues, i reported having fever and stomach ache for last three days. She said since u dont have fever at the moment so you dont have any issue, tell me what issue you have right now. I re-iterated that I have stomach pain and unable to eat proper meals without pain and fever. I was not given any tests, or any antibiotic. The nurse nly medicine given was for passing stool easily and panadol for fever and pain without checking for root cause, even after several requests. Later dr called me twice on my personal number to follow up with me, which in unusual&unprofessional</p>

<p style="direction: rtl;">تم التواصل مع صاحب الشكوى من قبل مسئولة الأطباء وو ادعى انه لم يتم المناداة عليه من قبل الطبيبة المعنية و قام بتجديد موعده و الطبيبة نادته بعد 15 دقيقة من اعادة تسجيل الموعد الا انه الطبيبة تقول انها نادته و قد يكون احتمال انها نادته قبل قدومه للمركز الصحي</p> <p style="direction: rtl;">المريض لم يعجبه طريقة العلاج حيث انه الطبيبة قالت له انه لا يحتاج الى مضاد حيوي لعدم وجود الاعراض التي تستدعي ذلك بينما أكدت الطبيبة انها قامت بفحص البطن جيدا و ارتات انه لا يحتاج لمضاد حيوي و لم ينكر المريض ذلك</p> <p style="direction: rtl;">استنكر المريض اتصال الطبيبة للتأكد من استلامه ادويته بانه تصرف غير مهني بينما قالت الطبيبة انها اتصلت للتأكد من انه المريض راضي عن العلاج المصروف له و انه قد استلمه من الصيدلية و قد شرحت للمريض انه بإمكان الطبيب الاتصال بالمريض للاطمننان على وضعه و لا يتعبر انتهاكا للخصوصية و المهنية</p> <p style="direction: rtl;">تم الاعتذار من المريض عن التأخر في مناداته و قبل الاعتذار و قدم الشكر لعموم الموظفين للخدمات التي يقدمونها للمرضى حث انه يتعالج في مركز النعيم الصحي منذ الصغر</p>
