<p>I've been trying to call the health center call center for the past few days, the lines are always busy although I call in different times, mornings and afternoons. Please fix the issue as I want to book a telephone appointment with a family doctor and cannot visit the health center just to book the appointment as they close before I leave work</p>

<p style="direction: rtl;">وردت شكوى من مريضة بخصوص عدم الرد على بدالة المواعيد حيث تم التواصل معها وتبين أنها كانت تتصل لأكثر من مرة على مركز الاتصال 80007000 ولكن ليس هناك أي رد وكانت تريد موعد تطبيب عن بعد حيث قلت لها بإمكاني أن أحجز موعد إن أردت فقالت إنها تم الاتصال لها من طبيبة في المركز وأنها تقترح وضح خيار موعد تطبيب عن بعد في برنامج تطبيق صحتي وقلت لها أني سوف أرفع هذا المقترح للمختصين وبعدها شكرت المريضة على سرعة الرد هذا ما لزم.</p>
