Case Description <p>السلام عليكم.. لدي شكوى على صيدلية مركز جدحفص الصحي. في يوم الخميس 26-09-2024 الساعة الواحدة ظهرًا، ذهبت إلى الصيدلية لصرف أدوية مهمة لوالدي وهو رجل مسن ومريض. يحتاج إلى أدوية للتنفس والضغط والسيولة، وهذه الأدوية ضرورية ويجب أن لا تتوقف. للأسف الصيدلاني رفض صرف الأدوية للمريض بسبب أنه لم يحن موعدها بعد. ولكن هذا أمر غير مقبول ويعرض حياة المريض للخطر إذ أنه قد نفدت الأدوية الموجودة لديه. ولا يمكن أن نتجاهل أهمية هذه الأدوية وحاجة المريض الماسة إليها. أنا أطالب بالتدخل الفوري للتأكد من توفير الأدوية للمريض دون تأخير. إذ أنه لا يمكن أن يتم السماح بتعريض حياة المرضى للخطر بسبب إجراءات إدارية. وقد أخبرت الصيدلاني بأنني أقوم بتحميلكم كامل المسؤولية عن انقطاع هذه الأدوية عن المريض. اسم المريض: عبدالوهاب منصور - الرقم الشخصي: 410015741</p>
