<p>Hello, I have an issue with my registered address and its designated health center. Although I've changed my address since 2021, multiple times, and I've updated my information on the system, and on my ID card, my health center still shows up for when I lived in block 324, Juffair. Now however, for over years, my block has been 709 Tubli, and every time I go to Yousef Engineer health center, they tell me there is a problem in their system and they cannot update the information. At this level, I cannot even take appointments at the center, where my family and kids are registered, because it still shows my old center. And if I ask them what should I do and where I should go to correct it, they say "we don't know". So I need to know how I can fix this. Please and thank you. Regards,</p>
