Case Description

I went to the hospital because I have a pulled muscle at my lower back. I had to wait half an hour for the doctor to call my name although there were no patients waiting before me. All other room received 2 - 3 patients while I was waiting. When I saw the doctor, she refused to give me voltarine, saying my BP is high. I told her I suffer from white coat hypertension and it’s not real, I have my regular normal readings from home. She said I should just take pills at home and suffer the pain as it’ll take 5 days to go away. She was rude, incompetent and not compassionate at all. This is a terrible attitude coming from individual who is supposed to help others, rather than keeping them waiting while she is on duty without having other patients. And after all the wait, she couldn’t even treat me. Such a disgrace!
