Case Description <p style="direction: rtl;">Dear Isa town health center management .I am writing to express my satisfaction with the service I received during my appointment with Dr. Fatima Abdullah AHMED Cumber on 25 of November 2025 at 8:30 AM despite arriving on time I wait 35 minutes without being cold When I knocked on the door after 40 minutes she was not there after 45 minutes. She finally called me only to inform me that I needed to book a new appointment. This delay caused me to miss another appointment with the dental department. Admin Comments <p style="direction: rtl;">تم التواصل مع العميل&nbsp;بخصوص تعامل الطبيبة فاطمة قمبر مع المريض مسلم ، تم التواصل مع المريض لمعرفة تفاصيل الحادثة حيث أنه في نفس اليوم الذي حصلت فيه المشكله حضر المريض لي وتم حل الموضوع بأنه تم تسجيله على طبيبة آخرى في نفس المجموعة لأخذ المشورة الطبية وطلب تغيير طبيب العائلة وتم إعطائه استمارة تغيير الطبيب، تم التواصل مع الطبيبة في نفس اليوم وأخبرتني بأنها قامت بإستدعاء المريض مرات متعدده وأنها لم تمتنع عن علاجة وانما طلبت منه تجديد الموعد بعد تأخر المريض عن الحضورعما يزيد عن نصف ساعة.</p>
