<p>We went to Isa town health centre on 07-12-2024, in the evening between 5:50pm - 6.00 pm because I was sick (sana Kamran). There the one lady at reception mistreated us and was very discriminatory with me and my husband. She was very humiliating and really angry towards us while we asked her for emergency appointment with doctor but she rejected us She made me and my husband feel really disrespectful then my husband said to her please provide appointment she said go back you don't have insurance my husband told her we come in emergency she rejected again then my husband told her حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل she said حسبي الله عليك and too much shouted on us My husband told her we will complain about this situation she said I don't care go and do anything We just leave the hospital and keep the token on table Please look into the matter and solve this issue We will grateful for you الله يجزيك الخير و يرحم والديك</p>

<p>تم التواصل مع العميل والاستماع الى شكوته وتبين ان الموظفة التي حدث معها الموقف ليست من موظفي المركز بل موظفة بمركز صحي اخر تأتي للتغطية في مركز انجنير وتم اخبار المريض انه سوف يتم التواصل معها لمعرفة حيثيات المشكلة وبعد ذلك سوف يتم اتخاذ الاجراء اللازم</p>
