<p>المختبر</p> <p>السلام عليكم </p> <p>حضرت للمركز الثلاثاء لتسليم عينة المختبر واخذت رقم من الجهاز الرقم كان 599 الوقت حسب الجهاز 12:41 ولم يكن موجود اي من المراجعين للمختبر وبعد انتظار لفترة تعتبر طويلة نسبيا اخبرتني الموظفة ان المختبر لا يستلم عينات بعد 1 وحضوري كان قبل 1</p>

A patient complaint was received on 31/12/2024, regarding the issue of the sample submission timing.</p> <p>An apology for miscommunication was presented on behalf of the lab department and it was ensured that the lab department abides by the sample collection and submission timings strictly.</p> <p>Also, the staff were obliged to provide service and assistance as per the policies of the department in order to avoid any issues in the future.</p>
