<p> </p> <p>تم التحدث مع الموظفه وفهم ماحدث وقالت انه تطاول عليها في الكلام وصوته كان عالي حيث انه رفض اعطائها البطاقه الشخصية،ثم تم التواصل مع المريض وتفهم منه الامر ماحدث مع الموظفه ،واخباره بان تم التنبيه علي الموظفه بضروره التعامل مع المريض بشكل افضل وعدم تكرار الموضوع مره أخري.</p> <p> </p>
