I talked to both the patient and the physician to inquire about the matter, the patient said that she has history of anaemia and she has hair loss and that she requires cbc, iron study and vitamin b12 level because 1 year back her iron was low and she was given iron supplements and that she has done thyroid test 1 year back and she wants to repeat it because she has hair loss

On inquiry with the dr and checking iseha account of the patient, the pt has history of hair loss but she has done tsh level in july 2019 less than 2 months back and it was normal

And the dr has done for her cbc which was normal so there is no need to do for her iron study and vitamin b12 because she does not have chronic medical problem so drs action was right
