I received the patient"s complaint late I received it today 5 \3\ 2019 , the complaint was on 12\2\2019 , looked to ISEHA , patient came on 12 \2\2019 c\o trauma to his knee , history taken sure about the injury and offered to the patient where to go to do x ray for his knee as there is no x ray available in health center during duty , sure offered either muharraq HC or KHUH ER to do x ray or if he want to come next day morning to do x ray according to his case , and about my way in talking with patient I don't think so that I screamed or shout to him as he written in the complaint paper about my way in talking , and yes sometimes we offered to the patients what type of painkiller they prefer to take if they are usually taking painkiller in regular basis , and we offered what we do have of painkillers available in LHC |
