comment is:

i was having appointment of my daughter 10:30 is had wait for 3 hours at last waiatin thay change the appointment.

complaints:

 

The appointment was with Dr. Maysam, according to the words of the receptionist, and after waiting for about 4 hours, it became clear that the appointment had changed and the doctor was not present.

I went back to the reception unit in the care to confirm the appointment, and the style of the employee was not appropriate at all, and this is not the first time.

She told me that the appointment changed from 10 o'clock at 12:15 on the other doctor, so why was I not told that the appointment had changed and I had been waiting so long?

تم  لأتصال المريض واخباره بإن ذالك لن يحدث مجدداً وسيتم اخذ شكواه بعين الأعتبار

وسيتم التحدث مع الموظفه بعدم تكرار ذالك سواء كان معه اول مع مريض آخر وضروره الالتزام بحسن المعامله للمراجعين و الشرح للمريض موعده بالضبط حتى يكون على بينه.
