I had an appointment in salem alsabah clinic um alhassam, with dr.zakya al-musawi, i had blockage in my left ear she prescribed ear drop for few days but ir get worst with sever pain and ringing in the ear, so i booked another appointment with her again and insisted to another ear drop i told her i cant bear the pain she replied there nothing i can do, i asked her to refer me to a specialist or emergency as she is a GP doctor but she refused, then i begged her that tha pain is severe till she agreed at last, she is very careless and rude and chatting on the phone while i suffer from my pain, she didnt consider my age at 62, our kingdom provides all facility to help citizens but such individuals reflect a bad image and reputation to the services provided by the kingdom |

تم التواصل من قبل رئيس مجلس الإدارة مع الطبيبة والتواصل مع المريض لمعرفة ماحصل من سوء فهم وتم اخبار المريض بانه يتم هناك دائما مناقشة خطة العلاج بين الطبيب والمريض وتعديل هذه الخطة بما هو مناسب كما أنه يتم التنبيه على جميع الموظفين بالالتزام بالاسلوب المناسب للتعامل مع المترددين على المركز متمنين ان تكون تجربة المريض في المرات القادمة افضل وقد ابدي المريض تفهمه |
