We called the patient telephone number 38342881 to clarify about the issue. We noticed that patient was non- insured and no symptom, no medical order. Only came to follow-up. Advised after taking history to register to doctor or to go to the private as no symptom. Staff followed the rules and guidelines as not emergency and patient was stable. Closed the case as they convict. |
