أمي قامت بالأنتظار لمدة ساعة بالرغم من الحالة العاجلة والصيدلية تعاني من تقص الأدوية الضرورية للمرضى

بالإمكان أخطار المرضى عن طريق الرسائل النصية عن جاهزية الأدوية للتحصيل

The suggestion stated is already implemented in the pharmacy to contact the patient once the medicine received from central stores in case it was out of stock or there was shortage in supply.

 

Nevertheless, we will emphasize on implementation of the procedure with pharmacy staff.

 

Patient was contacted several times to inform her but always busy then we contacted her mother and informed her about the availability of her medication in the pharmacy.
