Yesterday I came to the center in Nursing station one sister ( I think her name ins Julia) was behaving to me very respective way . The word she used in Malayalam to ask about me to another nurse , was checking for me, they can tell my name or Pt. I am also working in a hospital . I never ever like to behave to my pts.like this, and always I miss smiling from your staff . I am sorry to inform you the most of your staffs are behaving very roughly , this is not only my experience many of my friends complains the same and sad to inform that many..... them doesn't like to come back to the hospital again I hope you will take care of it. |

There ate 2 staff nurse with name Julie in nursing department which not mentioned which one. Telephone number is not availave to talk with patient. However, nurse supervisor has talked with all staffm and remind them to behave & act in professional manner , beside proper communication with patients and visitors. In addition emphasis on talking English & Arabic only unless there is language barrier.
